John Norman Saunders, LMHC- MS, CASAC-MC

John Norman Saunders is a licensed Clinical Therapist in the State of New York.  John was employed for many years in leadership positions in some of the major mental health and substance abuse agencies in New York City before going into private practice.  

John believes Mental Health and Substance Abuse services are a right for every individual seeking care and should be easy to access.

John earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Lehman College (CUNY), Master of Science (MS) in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University and Master of Arts (MA) in Mental Health and Wellness (Applied Psychology) from New York University (NYU) Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development.  John is credentialed as a Master Addiction Counselor credentialed by the Office of Addiction and Support Services (OASAS).
