1. Understand what your fear is:
It is totally okay to have a fear about something. Everyone does! But the most important thing is to accept your fear and embrace it. Because it helps you find and face your weak points. Which are your fears actually. Fear makes you more active. Because when you are ready to accept your fear you are ready to overcome it as well. There is where you become more active.
2. Don’t just do something, stand there!
We tend to appreciate people who are quick to act. When fear attacks consider whether the correct action might be to analyze the options and make a decision.
Well think out everything. Before making a choice rather than jumping to what seems right in the heat of the moment.
3. Name the fear.
Sometimes simply stating what your fear is gives you the strength to deal with it. Say your fear out loud, write it down, or focus your mind on it. That’s when you would be ready to tell yourself that this is your fear and you need to overcome it.
When you try to ignore your fear, it grows. When you face it, it shrinks.

The most common fear is public speaking. If your fear is related to your performance in a certain activity then prepare, practice, and role-play. A performance fear usually occurs due to lack of confidence. With loads of practice you can overcome your fear.
6. Utilize peer pressure.
Have you ever done something scary, like jumping off a plane, only because you were with people who wanted you to do something like this? This is peer pressure. Surround yourself with people who will force you to overcome the fears that are holding you back from what you want.
Everyone has a fear but the most important thing to do is seek help. If you aren’t able to overcome your fear yourself. when you are able to overcome fear you would understand what self-love really is. Because you will be fearless.
